Employee Wellness Programme
Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) serves as a tool for managers, supervisors and staff to use the program as an effective resource to address the wellbeing issues of personnel. Such issues includes but are not limited to family issues, financial concerns, relationship problems, and even drug or legal concerns. Such issues interferes with the required performance, safety, absenteeism and conduct standards. It is available to both employees and their families to help workers remain productive at work.
